Can I buy the alcohol?
Yes! We are a dry hire, which means you can purchase the alcohol. We work with several distributors as well as local wineries, breweries, and a cidery to ensure you’ll get exactly what you’re looking for. And, we hold a liquor liability license, to make sure all the legal stuff is good! If your venue requires you to use their alcohol and/or servers, we can chat with them on how to make that work!
What types of beverages can we serve?
Basically anything you want! Our versatile mobile truck features 7 taps that can pour a wide array of beverages, including beer, wine, sparkling, cider, curated cocktails, cold brew, non-alcoholic beverages, juices, and craft sodas! And because each of our seven taps can dispense up to 240 drinks an hour, your guests can get back to celebrating YOU as quickly as possible!

Can the Sip truck go inside a venue?
Yes, yes, yes! As long as we have 6' of horizontal clearance, we can go into any venue. And, let your venue know that we take all precautions to ensure there is no damage to their space!
Do you have setup requirements at the venue?
We require a standard 120V outlet in order to power the tap truck. If your event is outside and there is no power source, we can provide a quiet generator for a nominal fee.
Do I have to pay anything to secure my date?
Once we confirm that we are available on your date, a 50% retainer and signed contract are due to secure Sip Social NE Ohio for your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. If your event is within 45 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
How do I know how much alcohol to buy?
Great question! Determining how much liquor you need for private parties can be tricky! Luckily, we have a drink calculator that will help you plan and estimate what beverages will be needed for your event. Our party planning calculator takes into account various event details, including:

What kind of insurance do you carry?
We carry general and liquor liability insurance and each mobile bartender has attained a TIPS certification to serve alcohol in Ohio.
